Order Processing & Shipping

Many of our products are released through limited drops rather than traditional ready-to-ship inventory. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, production schedule, and order volume.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks after placing your order to receive a shipping update.

During this period, your order may be undergoing production, preparation, or fulfillment. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order ready.

Shipping Updates & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that the 2–4 week timeframe refers to an estimated shipping update and does not guarantee delivery within that period.

Shipping Delays

As some products are produced or fulfilled in limited batches, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, supplier availability, or shipping carriers.

If your order experiences a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
